Couch Surfing

Borough Strategy Catalyst are always looking for ways to save money.  Rightfully so, times are hard and money is tight.  Which is why Adopt London seeks out ways to be both missional and cost effective.
A few years back a friend of mine traveled to London and decided to save a few pounds and try out this website called couch surfer. The website pairs up people seeking to stay abroad by offering up a couch for a night's stay (They actually stayed in a spare room with a bed).  They had a great experience and would do it again.  This is a great way for borough teams to engaged people living in their adopted borough and it's free!
